I ordered some Moroccan Oil hair care items, including shampoo, conditioner, a lovely serum, and a scented spray. I was absolutely thrilled with everything; it all showed up really quickly. The only hiccup was that the glass bottle of hair scent arrived completely broken. It was packed really well, so it must've just been jostled a bit too much during shipping. These things happen sometimes, no matter how careful you are with 'fragile' labels.

I reached out to BeautyFeatures immediately, sent them a few photos, and explained the situation briefly. They were super helpful and sent me a replacement right away. I had it in just a day and a half, no hassle at all. I was really impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue and how eager they were to ensure I was satisfied and could enjoy my purchases!
